We recognize that everyone in our community doesn't have access to or interest in higher education at the university or conservatory level, so although college experience is desired, it is not required to apply for this position.

Attending bi-weekly meetings with the BDCM Founder / Creative Executive Officer

BDCM is currently a fully volunteer-led organization, and we cannot offer compensation for this position at this time. As we continue to grow, there may be the possibility of payment in the future. We recognize and name that taking an unpaid position is a privilege many Black folx don't have. We are committed to flexibility and other means of resource sharing, which will be discussed and negotiated during the application process.
